1. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
1.1 The Lessor provides the Lessee, for a fee, temporary possession and use of a vehicle:
— Buggy (hereinafter referred to as the vehicles).
1.2 The Lessee must be a legally capable individual aged 18 or older.
1.3 The vehicles are the property of the Lessor.
1.4 The following accessories are provided with the electric motorcycle and buggy: elbow and knee protection, mask, helmet.
1.5 Booking is carried out through the website https://project13634535.tilda.ws/ or by phone: +7 910 545 65 36.
2. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

2.1 The Lessor has the right to control the technical condition and safety of the vehicles.
2.2 The Lessor has the right to photograph the Lessee.
2.3 The Lessor undertakes to provide the vehicle in working and charged condition at the following address:
Kaluga Region, Zhukovsky District, village of Sanatorium Voskhod, Pine River Hotel territory.
2.4 The Lessee undertakes to:
— use the vehicle as intended;
— check its condition and completeness upon receipt;
— comply with operating rules and safety measures;
— immediately notify the Lessor in case of theft, loss, or damage;
— return the vehicle in working condition upon expiration of the rental period.
3. RENTAL PAYMENT

3.1 The rental fee is established according to Appendix No. 1.
3.2 The Lessee shall make a 100% prepayment at the time of booking within 2 calendar days from confirmation.
3.3 In case of late payment, the Lessor has the right to cancel the booking.
3.4 In case of exceeding the rental time, the Lessor has the right to charge an additional fee.
3.5 Minimum rental period — 1 hour. Early return does not reduce the cost.
3.6 Lessee delay reduces rental time; the cost is not adjusted.
4. LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES

4.1 The Lessee is responsible for damage caused to third parties by the vehicle.
4.2 Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation, and if unresolved, in court.
4.3 If damage or shortages are discovered, an act shall be drawn up.
4.4 The Lessee shall reimburse repair costs or the full value of the vehicle:
— Buggy — 650,000 RUB (if restoration is impossible).
4.5 The Lessee is responsible for damage caused to third parties.
4.6 The Lessee bears full material responsibility for the preservation of the vehicles.
4.7 In case of theft, loss, or damage, compensation shall be made within 5 calendar days.
5. TERM OF THE AGREEMENT

5.1 The Agreement becomes effective upon acceptance and remains valid until full performance of obligations.
5.2 The rental period is specified during booking, but not more than 120 minutes (unless otherwise agreed).
5.3 Issues not regulated by this Agreement shall be governed by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
5.4 Appendices: No. 1 (Price List), No. 2 (Transfer Act).

Extreme Route — 1 hours 30 min — 30,000 RUB
Weather conditions: The Lessor has the right to cancel the tour unilaterally for safety reasons.
